FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS: DEFINITION AND SCOPE (IND AS 32) Financial Instrument -: Any contract that give rise to a financial asset of one entity and a financial liability or equity instrument of another entity. In this definition, “contract” refers to an agreement between two parties which is enforceable by law.
