FEMA Finance, Sr. Manager - Gurgaon in Bharti Airtel Limited

Job description

To ensure as an organization we completely comply to the FEMA Regulations laid by RBI in coordination with AD & Banks.
This resource will be responsible for meeting the compliance in-line with the RBI Circulars E2E (end to end) ensuring any / all the execution tasks for Inwards & Outwards FCY Transactions are  processed as per FEMA
Regulations.
Will also need to ensure that as an organization we completely comply to the FEMA Regulations laid by RBI in coordination with AD & Banks.
If required, need to have an agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Banks & AD, and also ensure the same are met without fail.

Deliverables:
  • Ensuring Mandatory Fortnightly/Monthly/Quarterly reporting are done to AD & Banks
  • Develop SOP in line with RBI & FEMA compliances which can be adhered by Operations team & the same is updated bi-annually/annually.
  • Need to ensure all FEMA compliances are adhered in-line with the processes laid by RBI as per Master Circulars.
  • Monthly collection of No Objection Certificates (NOC’s) from AD & Banks.
  • Able to release bulletin on RBI Guidelines (as & when required).
  • Complied FEMA while executing FCY Inward & Outward remittances.
  • Liaise with Banks / RBI Officials as & when required to ensure all the pending approvals & tasks are closed.
Major Challenges :
  • Adequate knowledge on FEMA related Transactions
  • Good knowledge on the policies & processes laid by RBI
  • Clear understanding on Current A/C Transactions (for Capital a/c will be an added advantage)
  • Good liaising with AD’s & RBI Officials
